Since 2005, Mike has been the owner of my own leadership counseling business. He also teaches interpersonal and organizational communication at Great Lakes Christian College. He graduated from Western Michigan University with a master’s in organizational communication in the pursuit of both his professional and personal goals. Additionally, he is a master-certified coach who has taught hundreds of people about the Referral Institute, Workplace DiSC, Biblical DISC, and BNI.
