THE K-BLE JUNGLE World Tour Featuring Italian DJ Shiru And Japenese Singer Eriko

K-ble Jungle
K-BLE JUNGLE – It’s a duo formed by the Italian DJ Shiru and the Japanese singer ERIKO. Their shows include many music genres such as J-pop, opera music, Italian pop, electronic pieces and also drama

The lead-singer of the K-ble Jungle, a hot-and-cute-at-the-same-time Japanese girl named ERIKO, started her career as an opera singer, with a firm classical music background from music schools in Japan and Italy. Surprisingly, in 2013 she extended her style and embraced  J-pop and electronic music, thanks to the ear-catching production and songwriting of DJ Shiru. DJ Shiru is the other half of the project; the Italian DJ specialized in Japanese music composes some of the songs of K-ble Jungle and entertains the public on stage while Eriko sings. Their first European CD (fourth if we count those released only for Japan), has just been published, indie, and is titled “Oikakete Future”; a light version of the same CD has been published in the USA in occasion of the start of their 2015 world tour.

K-ble Jungle are currently showcasing their live performance throughout the world embracing a myriad of styles of dancing, costumes and visual projections, but most of all great songs, ranging from the electronic sounds of Akai Uta, to the J-Pop tune Oikakete Summer, from the J-rock guitars of Future to opera songs such as Con Te Partirò, a customized cover of Bocelli. The playlist of their concerts varies depending on the audience, but they always include their original songs, to which they often add anime cover soundtracks and traditional Japanese and Italian. You will hardly see a more eclectic show, where acting and costumes, videos and audience-artists interactivity are as important as the music.

They regularly headline at major European festivals, appealing to mass audiences and conquering the media interest and feedback. Furthermore, ERIKO and DJ Shiru regularly host three TV shows on an Italian national channel and are often guests at Japanese radio and TV shows.

The K-ble Jungle started their 2015 world tour from the USA, with gigs in New York and Philadelphia. After the USA they performed in Europe in the spring, appearing in some of the largest festivals in Italy, Switzerland, Portugal, and clubs from France to Spain, and then move east to Japan where they performed at the Haneda International Anime Music Festival, Anime Music Festival, an event organized by, and taking place at, the Haneda Airport in Tokyo, together with bands like the Malay FAZZ and the Japanese Yoshiki Fukuyama and Loverin Tamburin.

They tour will cover the major manga and cosplay festivals in Europe as headliner, from Lucca Comics & Games to the Napoli Comicon, from Japan Expo in France to a number of smaller festivals in central and Eastern Europe. Check the hashtag #KbleJungle on Twitter to find out where they will be playing next.

Their performances are varied and unique as regards to what happens on the stage, this also because of the guests who perform with them: in 2013 we saw them collaborating with Miho Yamaji, a female player of “koto”, and with the male player of shamisen Keisho Ohno, and in 2014 they have shared the stage with the idol group Bakusute Sotokanda Icchome.
