T. Randolph Catanese, Esq. to Lecture at 2019 National Conference on Equine Law
Los Angeles, California – Catanese & Wells, a nationally recognized equine law firm, announced today that its founder T. Randolph Catanese, Esq. will present a guest lecture at the 34th Annual National Conference on Equine Law. Mr. Catanese will be presenting on the topic of ownership disputes in the horse industry.
Also, he will be joined by Ms. Kristen Leshney of The Jockey Club who will also be speaking on the topic of horse ownership disputes. The conference will be held in Lexington, Kentucky on May 1st and May 2nd of 2019. Mr. Catanese will be discussing topics involving title to horses, partnership disputes, agency issues and lien disputes.
